"The quality was kind of hit or..."
The quality was kind of hit or miss. A couple of the items were fine and did what they were supposed to, but one of the creams seemed a bit off, like maybe it had been sitting around too long or just wasn’t the same as I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, just not something I’d call great either

"Website is such a pain to use"
I feel stupid for trusting them to make this easy. The website is a hassle to use, and the search barely works for me. I wasted way too much time just trying to find what I needed

"Good products, packaging could be better"
I ordered from lifepharmacy.com and the items arrived on time, so no complaints there. Everything I asked for was included, which is always a relief.

The only thing was the package didn’t look like it had the easiest trip. One side of the box was crushed, and there wasn’t much padding inside. One of the product boxes had dents too, though thankfully nothing was leaking or damaged.
I’d still give it 3 stars because the order itself was correct, but for pharmacy items, you’d expect a bit more care with the packing.

"Refund process was really frustrating"
I had a frustrating experience with Life Pharmacy’s return and refund process. I sent my order back and then just sat there waiting without any clear update. Compared to other online stores I’ve returned items to, this felt way more confusing than it needed to be.

I had to message them more than once just to find out what was going on, and the replies felt slow and kind of generic, almost like the same copy-paste response each time. The refund took much longer than I expected, so i’d be hesitant to order from them again if there’s even a small chance I might need to return something

"Still not sure I’d fully trust it"
I ordered from lifepharmacy.com once and it turned out okay, but the whole process left me feeling a bit mentally drained. Some of the info wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped, and customer support took a while to get back to me, which didn’t help. Nothing actually went wrong with my order, but when it comes to health-related stuff, I really want things to feel more transparent and reassuring. I might use it again if I couldn’t find a better option, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

"I don’t know why ordering my prescription felt so awkward"
I tried ordering my prescription online and, I don’t know why, but it just felt more complicated than it should have. Uploading everything was fine, but then I didn’t hear anything for ages and ended up having to call to find out what was happening. The staff were alright once I got through, but the whole thing felt a bit slow and unclear. It wasn’t terrible, but I definitely expected it to be easier.

"Prices felt way too high"
I looked at a few items and most of them were more expensive than what I’ve seen at other pharmacies. Even with the offers, it still didn’t really feel like a good deal, and the delivery fee just made it worse. I also felt like there were too many steps just to check out and compare things, which got frustrating quickly. Overall, it just didn’t feel like good value for me.

"Nice to be kept in the loop"
I got regular updates about my order the whole way through, which was great. I always knew what was going on, and the delivery showed up right when expected. Didn’t have to chase anyone or stress about it at all — just a really smooth experience.

"Customer service doesn’t respond, but the reminders don’t stop"
I tried reaching out twice about my order and still never got a proper reply, which is frustrating when all I wanted was a simple update. What made it more annoying was getting all these pushy reminders and messages from them while they couldn’t even answer my basic question. Not a great experience

"Promo codes are a bit hit or miss"
I’ve tried using promo codes on lifepharmacy.com a few times now, and they rarely seem to work the way I expect. Either the code comes up as not valid, or it turns out half the items in my cart are excluded. The deals look decent when you first see them, but by the time I get to checkout the total is often different. It’s frustrating and makes me question how reliable the offers really are.

"Pretty decent app, just a little slow at checkout"
Overall, the app works well and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The only annoying part was that checkout lagged a bit, which made me wonder if my order was actually going through. Still, everything worked in the end, so I’d probably use it again

The courier was friendly and professional, and he called before coming over, which made everything easy. any missed delivery drama felt totally avoidable because of that. All good from my side.

My order was ready when I got there, but it took the staff a little while to actually hand it over. Not a huge deal or anything, just one of those things that made the pickup feel slower than expected

"I ordered thinking it would arrive quickly..."
I ordered thinking it would arrive quickly, but the delivery was way slower than expected. The worst part was there weren’t any clear updates, so I was just sitting there like, why is this so complicated? It’s especially frustrating when it’s pharmacy stuff and you actually need it soon. i don’t think I’ll use them again.
